How long does it take for you to take over the management of my podcast after signing up?

Once the contract has been signed & first invoice has been made, your onboarding process begins which will take 2 weeks before we actually take over the full end-to-end podcast management of your show. This gives us the time to get all the information we need from you as well as developing your podcast strategy and implementation.

Here’s how the 2 week onboarding process flows:

Podcast Questionnaire Sent: The first step is filling out our detailed podcast questionnaire. This helps me to understand everything I need to know about your business and podcast goals and to collect all the assets we need to be able to manage your podcast.
Podcast Audit: I’ll conduct a deep podcast audit to see what’s working and what isn’t and what needs to be refined. Some of the key things I’ll be assessing are how your podcast aligns with your business goals, evaluating your positioning and messaging, audio quality and production, podcast data to understand your listener behaviour, workflows and systems. Plus, so much more!
Strategy Development: Along with the data gained from the audit and your podcast goals, I’ll create a custom data-driven strategy.
60 Minute Strategy Call: We’ll hop on a call to go over our strategy together, set expectations and ensure we’re all on the same page.
Publishing and Management: After our Strategy Call, we start the execution of your strategy and take over the end-to-end production of your show.

Is there a contract minimum?

We commit to six-month partnerships so we have the time to fully align with your brand, develop customized strategies and ensure our efforts are producing meaningful impact.

How many episodes are included in the package?

Our Ongoing Podcast Management package is priced based on weekly episodes up to 30 minutes of raw audio each. If your podcast runs longer or you publish more frequently, pricing will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the additional production time.
